The Lake House features a completely renovated interior designed for comfort, style, and relaxation. The updated kitchen includes tile flooring, new cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances, making it fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full home-cooked dinners.

The Lake House features a completely renovated interior designed for comfort, style, and relaxation. The updated kitchen includes tile flooring, new cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances, making it fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full home-cooked dinners.
The spacious master suite offers a luxury king-size memory foam mattress, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom also features a king-size memory foam mattress and its own walk-in closet, while a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located across the hall.
Additional upgrades include a new hot water heater, an open-concept living area, and luxury vinyl flooring throughout the home. Smart flat-screen TVs are provided for your entertainment, and you can unwind in the large sunroom overlooking the lake. This inviting space includes a dining table, bar area, and comfortable seating — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in peaceful waterfront views.
Guest passes are included with your stay, providing access to many recreation centers, activities, and swimming pools throughout The Villages. Please note that golfing and sports pools require Temporary Resident IDs.
